All our shipments are handled with DHL. As soon as you place your order, you’ll automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. We strive to deliver every package within 1-3 business days.

Note: for shipping outside the EU, delivery times may vary.

Incidents or Defective Products

Please check your products as soon as you receive your shipment. If there’s any issue or defect, email support@wearetoddies.com within 3 days with:

• Your order number
• A description of the item and the issue
• A photo of the product and its hang tag
